Together we are always one step ahead

Constitutional Law

Constitutional law has its firm place in the portfolio of UFGB’s services.

Our services include, in the first step, an analysis of the violation of fundamental rights and human freedoms by the courts, state administration bodies, local government authorities, professional organizations and other public authorities (e.g., court bailiffs, notaries, the Slovak Police Force officers).

We further represent clients in the proceedings on a constitutional complaint before the Slovak Constitutional Court, as well as in the proceedings on a constitutional complaint before the European Court for Human Rights in Strasbourg, where, in addition to seeking cancellation of unconstitutional decisions, we also seek declaring official procedures and other acts of public authority (e.g., measures and interventions) as unconstitutional, we also seek adequate financial compensation.

We provide our legal services in the area of constitutional law in civil, criminal and administrative matters.
